	The Little Cottage, by the lighthouse at Carraig Fhada Farm, is situated 2.5 miles from Port Ellen, on the idyllic Isle of Islay. Close to the shore, and the ‘Singing Sands’, you can relax to the sound of the sea in this beautiful, isolated setting. The cottage is located at the end of a dirt-track road and is not accessible by public transport.
	The cottage is a detached bungalow with a beautiful large garden from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. It has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The sitting room area has a television and video player, and CD and cassette audio system with a MD player. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest-of-drawers and the second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds (2 single beds). There is also a bed-settee in the living room for one person. There is a bathroom, with shower. All rooms have electric heating and the price includes electricity. Water is from a private source, and should be boiled before being drinking. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
	Because we are not always able to provide a cleaner, we would request that you bring your own bed linen and towels and clean the cottage before you leave. If this is not possible, please let us know well in advance. To provide bed linen, towels, and cleaning (on day of departure) will add 40 pounds to the price.
Prices	£300 all year around - if you bring your own bed linens and towels. Otherwise, it is £340.
