This lovely four bedroom family home is located in a nice quiet street but only minutes away from most visitor attractions, the shops, restaurants etc.
Accommodation: From the street on ground floor, a small vestibule leading off to the Lounge to the right and a single downstairs bedroom from the left. Also on ground floor is small hallway leading from the above to walk in wet/shower room, cupboard and nice sized dining kitchen. Upstairs you have a single and twin bedroom and the master bedroom, ensuite. Leading off the kitchen is access to a small courtyard/garden area. On street parking.

The house is very popular with families visiting home and the four bedrooms make it easy for friends and family to meet up for a holiday. The downstairs rooms make the house an option is you have a member of the family who cannot manage the stairs as all the rooms are a few steps away from the ground floor bedroom. Even the back garden has had a concreted area laid level to the back door to permit folks easy access to the courtyard area from the kitchen. |

Angling, Archery, Archaeology, Bird Watching, Boat Trips, Cycling, Climbing, Castles a must see is the Castle of Mey, Family Research - good local archives, local Distillery Tour, Fishing, Forest Walks, Museums - Wick's award winning Heritage Museum is excellent, Restaurants, plenty of choice, Rambling, Swimming, Train trips, Walking - there is a good Thomas Telford Trail, Yarrows - an early settlement, and lots more...... |

| Booking |
A small booklet is available on request if you wish further details on the house and area.
When you wish to book please telephone or write/e-mail/text to check availability of dates. If you are happy with the dates we will reserve the property for you for seven days to give you time to confirm the booking.
Next return a completed booking form which can be obtained via the web site or from us directly. Please enclose 25% of the holiday cost as a deposit. If your holiday is six weeks or less from the time of booking please forward the total cost of the holiday. In addition there is a damages deposit of £100 which will be returned by post after the property has been checked over on your departure.
We will confirm booking/payments and send you details of how to get to the house etc. If you are arriving by public transport please do let us know if you need to be collected and taken to your holiday home, this is no problem but we need to be advised in good time.
Payment can be made for the bookings by cheque or bank transfer. Our previous visitors may by agreement pay cash on arrival. Sorry no credit cards. |
