	one bedroom apartment avilable for july august 2009 direct from owner. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, Sierra Nevada and Fuengirola castle. The beach is 3-4 minutes walk. As this is my home, it is fully furnished and equiped with air conditioning and fan. There is parking in gated area plus swimming pool and paddling pool. Only mature people; the apartment sleeps only 2 people.
Price	price:1200 euros per mounth.min. period 1 mounth max. period avialable 60 days .any day above 1 mounth , charge 50 euros unless rent for the full period of 2 mounths (2400euros) security deposit of 2400 euros. for any length of rent which will be returened upon reciving the keys and finding the appartment in the same condition as given.
