The restaurant can cater for up to 22 normally and as many as 50 for functions. Cooking in the commercial and private kitchens is a mix of gas and electric.

The owner's villa takes up one side of the courtyard and consists of five bedrooms, a bathroom, WC, and several storage rooms on the first floor with two reception rooms, 2 WCs, storage rooms, and kitchen on the ground floor. Heating in the villa is by oil fired central heating.

The property comes comes with over 3 hectares of land including two private water supplies (well and spring), garden, childrens' playground, pond, car-park and mountaintop. The entire building is approximately 500m², all of which is habitable.

The hotel is listed by numerous reservation systems, has an extensive multilingual website and has good and growing occupancy throughout the year.
