In the ground floor the large and fully equipped kitchen, dining table and relaxation area with fireplace and comfortable chairs, a corner cupboard, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 5 adults, with the possibility of adding a camping cot for a child and covers an area of about 70 square meters. Nicolò house has a large porch off the kitchen that allows you to have a well-shaded and sheltered area for lunch and outdoor dining. Nicolò house is located very close to the sea and about 40 km from the beautiful Palermo (city of the sea and art, famous for its splendid Arab-Norman monuments and Baroque).
